  We go here once in a while. Usually it's, okay. We went there the other day & left highly disappointed. The service sucked! They didn't give us silverware, didn't remove our empty plates, didn't ask if we cared for any desert, took forever to get our check when we were finished.... It's going to be a while before we go back.

  Horrible, started out I didn't get scrambled eggs like I ordered no big deal so I asked if they could change it the waitress asked if she could just knock it off of my bill. Finally was able to get the scrambled eggs. Never got a refill. Sausage links were not even cooked all of the way through and the cookie sundae dessert tasted like a 40 yr old cookie out of the vending machine, the cookie wasn't even warm. I would never eat at a Big Boy again.
